Making it a good place to work

Astra Security has a strong ethos in recognising and supporting it’s colleagues, with health and wellbeing being a priority. They have several initiatives in place including the Cyclescheme, Fruit Boxes, Flexible Working and lunchtime running club.

Steve Bird, Operations Director explained ‘It’s a basic human need to feel valued and cared for and this must be supported in the work-place. Recognising loyal service and taking the time to say thank you is important.
