An automated system to monitor customer flow in and out of buildings. Essential right now...
As businesses up and down the country react to the latest Government guidance, they are all working hard to get their staff back to work and their businesses back up and running.
A key element is to make sure the environment they are returning to is a safe one. It must be safe for staff, customers, and everyone else they may come into contact with.
To enable effective social distancing, it is imperative that buildings and facilities limit the number of people allowed inside.
Customer Flow Control
Customer flow can be controlled using the Density Control Solution, which can be used in supermarkets, retailers, post offices, banks, and other places for managing the number of people on their premises at any one time. It uses people counting, a dynamic display and real-time alerts to ensure pre-defined capacity thresholds are never exceeded. It can also be used in locations with multiple entrances and exits. Optional software also allows access to important data, such as reports to gather trend analysis.
Matthew Stanley, Senior Account Manager at Astra Security said “ There are many different options available depending on how many entrances and exits are in use. There’s a single door option for smaller premises, and a version for those with multiple doors. It can also be used across multiple sites.” He went on to say, “It’s simple to use, accurate and easy to configure and alleviates the need to have valuable staff monitoring the doors manually. It’s an extremely cost-effective solution.”
Astra Security design, supply, install and maintain integrated security systems, including CCTV, remote monitoring, access control and more.
