Carl joins the team

A big, warm welcome to Carl Andrews, who joined the Astra Security team last month.

Carl started his new role as Operations Administrator and has spent the last few weeks getting up to speed on the business, clients, and our ethos, as well as processes and procedures. The new role will be focused heavily on customer service, making sure Astra’s clients continue to get the best possible support across the board from Astra.

Having spent the last 10 years in Administrative duties as a Contractor Carl has worked for HMPS, HSBC, S.M. ANDREWS and Bromford.

Outside of work, Carl enjoys going to the gym, training in MMA, wrestling, playing video games for a live audience on Twitch.tv, and playing a sport called Airsoft (Immersive military tactics using replica fire arms that shoot high velocity BB pellets, similar to paintballing).

Carl said:

“I’m really excited to be joining the team, and looking forward to getting to know the business better and use my vast experience to add value. My focus will be on customer service and support my team to manage workload and offer assistance when needed.”
